KEW VILLAGE
This project in Kew, a few steps from Kew Village and Kew Gardens, involved the complete reconfiguration of a Locally Listed Victorian house. The works involved adding a full basement level, reconfiguring the stairs and layout and adding side and rear extensions adding 1,500 sq ft of living spaces.
The result is a 6000sq ft double fronted family home with a fabulous family kitchen / dining room, large games room, gym, cinema, hot tub, lego room, home offices and 6 bedroom suites including a wonderful double aspect master suite.
The basement is designed with natural light entering from the front and side skylights as well as opening to the rear garden via glazed sliding doors.
